Valentin and his partner Rodrigo Orozco has extensive experience in real estate, law and bilingual knowledge to guide each investor and owner on every step of the purchase transaction and property management.

Valentín Zaragoza Ortiz
Founded Real Estate Connection in 2006, following nearly a decade of experience at the Riviera Beach Resort (now Emporio Hotel) in Ixtapa. During his tenure, he held key roles across the Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, and Sales, building a strong operational and commercial foundation within the hospitality industry.
With more than 20 years of experience, Valentín has been actively involved in real estate sales, rentals, and development partnerships across residential, land, and commercial properties throughout the greater Zihuatanejo–Ixtapa region. Valentín and his family own and operate several small businesses in Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo, Oaxaca, and Manzanillo, and they maintain ownership of a condominium at Bay View Grand Residencial in Ixtapa.
Mantarraya is currently Valentín Zaragoza’s flagship owner-developer project. This exclusive residential community, now under construction on Playa Blanca, Zihuatanejo, comprises 20 luxury residences, including 6 private villas and 14 condominium apartments.
The Mantarraya development will feature a private beach club with a saltwater pool and restaurant, landscaped green spaces, a fully equipped gym, gated parking, and 24/7 security. To date, two units have been sold, with 18 residences currently available.
For the architectural vision of Mantarraya, Valentín selected Andrés M. Saavedra, one of Mexico’s award-winning architects and a recognized leader in bioclimatic and biophilic design, ensuring a community defined by elegance, energy efficiency, natural beauty, and long-term sustainability.
Originally from Oaxaca, Valentín resides in Zihuatanejo and remains actively engaged in fostering strategic investment partnerships throughout the Costa Grande region.
